Chocolate Shavings

Yesterday was my uncle Alan's birthday, but I was a little caught up with revision for today's exam, so as soon as it was over I popped to the shop to pick up ingredients, then walked over to his house to make him a belated birthday meal.

He seemed really chuffed with it all, and it was lovely to catch up with him.

Mum is coming down to Cardiff for a meeting tomorrow, so we're getting together for lunch. Really looking forward to seeing her!
