It's oozing!

We DO get dry weather sometimes up here in Scotland, and I'm all for being prepared.
In light of my newly refound horticultural vigour I decided to put in a few bedding plants for colour. My garden is usually mostly green and I'm happy with that but I do like the occasional flower, so when we were potting up our little bedding plants we put in some water retaining granules.

Job done - cue satisfied mum and daughter.

Ummmm .... Yesterday it rained (and snowed). I think I may have used a little too many.
My pots look like the plants are trying to escape!
