bananana

Not sure if it's inspiration or procrastination. Was it...

A) after whipping up last nights butter chicken, & finding bananas in the freezer awaiting their fate - an urge to cook something for afternoon tea came over me

or

B) the mess in the front room & dilemma of where we are going to put everything was all a bit too tedious...& cooking is a great way to feel like you achieve something even though it has nothing to do with anything on the days to do list

Thankfully Gav next door had eggs (an often occurrence with spontaneous cooking is missing ingredients)

The mess remains. As does 11/13ths of the banana bread. Meanwhile SS is home for a few days convalescing after his trip to Qld ;)
