Is it really Spring?

Ahhhh Monday again...Still bundled up in winter coats, I think I'm ready for the warm weather. I am trying to focus on colour and unusual light this week, I need some kind of theme to help motivate me. I was drawn to the bright colour of this woman's coat and the strong light coming in from the right of the photo.
