Shimmering skin

I image that these fish (I think they're trout?) would be difficult to see alive in their natural environment as their skin is so reflective. I was admiring how beautiful they were, K and I went down to the fishmongers on our day off to get some mussels as I had an idea to make a mussel and pasta dish which turned out quite nicely thankfully!
