I am still in nicotine hell.

Tonight I decided to wash round the kitchen walls again and clean the strip light.

I noticed that where the sponge had brushed on the danger ridden polysterene ceiling tiles, a change of colour occurred.

So I moved the ladders and decided to actually wet and clean a few tiles.

The smell almost made me fall off the ladder.

Look at what happened though!!

Whilst the tiles are still discoloured, I think that you will agree a wash has certainly improved things.

Guess the next few nights will now be spent doing the entire ceiling.
