Stirling Castle

I have been in Stirling more times than I care to remember during the past week. An old external hard drive for my computer refused to boot up. Should I support a local business or go online?

Well, I opted for the former and find myself regretting it. After five visits to the shop endless phone calls and paying out £120 I got handed back the data on another hard drive only when I opened it up it was blank! 
They assure me this is an "oversight". I remain deeply pessimistic.
Is it any wonder more and more of us are moving online?
