The news coming out of Nepal isn't getting any better. Thankfully my friends and colleagues in Kathmandu are safe. But those who haven't lost everything now have the dilemma of staying outside in conditions that are getting more and more insanitary or risking going back to cracked and damaged houses while the after-shocks continue.

These photos are from a village in Nuwakot district that I visited last year. We heard today that almost the whole village has been destroyed. I don't know if any supplies have reached there yet.
