Delamore Art 2015

An exciting trip to Devon to the opening of the DelamoreArt2015 exhibition. Delamore is a fantastic old house and grounds that each year put on an art exhibition that supports a charity. It's a selected event and not everyone who applied gets to show their work. I put my work forward a couple of years ago and was delighted that this year was accepted. There is a lot of fab sculpture in the grounds - if my garden and children were a wee bit bigger and my budget was a lot bigger, there were plenty of pieces I would have bought!
The exhibition space for 2D work was lovely, and my blip was taken by my friend. It is very exciting to see my work hung, as normally I drop it off and then collect unsold works - never actually seeing an exhibition. It was also very exciting to see my friend - Devon isn't very close to Edinburgh so we don't see each other very often.
