Coconut

A fab day of surfing on the beach today although I have definitely got worse since I last surfed in Cornwall! And then the beach lifeguard very impressively scaled a tree to get us all some coconut water and meat refreshment. We also got an interesting lesson on coconut ages and how they are made into the various coconut produce we see in the shops.
