The Red Shoes

The 'square' in front of Place des Arts only becomes a public square in the summer, for the couple of weeks that it's pedestrian-only. The rest of the year, it's just another part of St-Catherine Street, and cars take over again.

How about we elect a mayor with some vision next time, someone who's been to Europe for example, and who knows a thing or two about how people in cities want to live?
