Dancing Western Grebes On Upper Klamath Lake
We spent 5 days in Klamath Falls area on the south/north flyway, doing some birding and visiting with my sister and her family. It was a great trip and I saw many new birds. These are the western grebes who do a mating ritual and actually "dance" on the water. We were so fortunate to see this, as it only happened ONCE during the 5 days, and during our visit to Eagle Ridge Park on the Upper Klamath Lake.
