A new project

My art teacher says I should 'go into the details of a tree' before I draw or paint a whole tree. I pulled a small end piece of the branch of a weeping willow to draw.
That's not what she meant, she meant I should sit outside and take good looks at the tiny parts of the tree and no copying photos from the Internet.
By the time I wanted to start on the branch, it was completely flaggy.
Fortunately I have this blip ;-)
