Celebrations.....

.... in the Village, but our mood is somber after receiving some sad, sad news this morning.

My nephew's 5 year old little girl Billie was diagnosed with a brain tumour 10 months ago. Despite massive fundraising efforts (thank you Peter Kay!) and sending her for pioneering treatment in Texas, Billie's tumour got progressively worse and she she lost her fight yesterday afternoon.

Billie was the most gorgeous, talented little girl, full of life and even in her last 10 months, she has remained cheerful and positive. An absolute inspiration to everyone around her!! She has given us so much joy and love....
