When I cased out this route shortly after moving house I didn't think I'd be riding it very often, as it looked a bit vanful and busy. It continues so to be, but I've caught myself almost preferring it due to Montgomery Street's lumpyshite surface and the extra roundaboutiness of emerging from Elm Row compared to London Road. Once past East Norton Place the bus lane is wideans mostly flat; not nice, but until I can start getting out of the house a bit earlier I'll not be taking the longer/nicer route in...
