My friend Lynz and I went to the cat cafe today! It opened in Stockbridge at the start of the year, but the current home is just temporary - they will be moving to the Grassmarket in a couple of months, and will be there permanently.

The fact that you have to take your shoes off and you can sit on a sofa and enjoy tea and cake while you play with the cats makes it feel like you've just popped round to a friend's house for an hour or so! While we were there the cats had their lunch, so they all went off to nap afterwards, but we did get to play with some of them before that happened!
