I think this qualifies for the derelict Thursday challenge because this site is certainly in a state of disrepair. Been like this for a while. The building in the background is the Civic Centre with bits of local government moving out over the next few months/years. Let's hope it won't become a contender for derelict Thursday, and more importantly not become another bloody supermarket!
