North Korea
I could have posted a hundred blips today. The DMZ, which separates the two Koreas, is certainly one of this world's stranger places. Our morning there was odd, unpredictable and fascinating. Photos of the pristine, dormant Dusan Railway station with its "Trains to Pyongyang" signpost will go unpublished as will the illicit snaps taken of the border guards and the tunnel which runs from North to South for more than a kilometres at 70 metres under the ground. This photo however sums it up with over 700,000 land mines remaining buried along the border line.
