Thursday is normally my volunteer driving day and I had some time between jobs so went down to the Shropshire Union Canal behind Chester Zoo.

I did take a couple of bird photos and struggled to identify one but finally realised it was a female chaffinch. However it was not pin sharp and in the end I preferred this view of the canal anyway.
