Olympic Shortbread

Today started with an early morning meeting at Granton before heading up to John Lewis at St James for some Cullen Skink.

After lunch I had another meeting with a consultant about the new St James before returning back to Livingston for a meeting at the Paterson site.

My brother works here and set up a meeting with their management for me as I was looking cap in hand for lots of shortbread, etc to take over to Denmark for our marquee at the Olympics in a couple of weeks time.

They didn't disappoint me and have very kindly offered as much as I need. They will make me up some goody boxes to take over to promote their brand to the global participants.
