Getting there

My first flat white that has been spot on.

Two weeks ago I thought 'coffee is easy, I did it loads at the castle' well shock horror they make all of the drinks wrong at the castle. Idiots.

So the last week I've been relearning the drinks and today perfected my flat white. Some customers say 'this must be the easiest job ever' whilst others say 'I couldn't do this for a job, so much to remember'
