I still don't know

Lived here since 1996.
I still have not got a clue what this is supposed to be.
However, I like it.
It's strange and weirdly attractive.

Long but productive day. No gym, so we went for a walk. This was on the way. We ended up in front of the building where the Hillsborough Coroners inquest is being held.

Then we walked back and partook of some wine.
