Gin & Rhubarb

You can't really tell from this photo but this glass contains my new favourite tipple - gin and tonic with rhubarb cordial! I found the recipe in the newspaper last weekend, at just the same time as my brother gave me some rhubarb from his allotment. While stewing the rhubarb for crumble, I kept back a bit of the juices and have added them to a G&T - delicious!
