Lothian Bridge

When I took Ms H to her singing lesson tonight I decided the weather was promising enough to have a wonder around the village - the black clouds were heading north leaving a rainbow that disappeared shortly after.

Despite crossing Lothian Bridge fairly regularly, I had never been up close to see it. In fact the narrow pavement that goes along one side of the road had a 3 foot high wall between it and the drop - eek. Wouldn't want to be crossing that as artics are driving over!
