Parapluie

A tiny exhibition on Indian Ocean trade at the British Museum made me very happy, as did the usual stuff. I'm planning another quick trip in the morning to catch a couple of things I didn't see, when there are fewer people around.

Afterwards, a trip to the Most Bourgeois (and yet not) Bookshop--the London Review of Books bookshop--where Marx's Capital is filed under Current Affairs.

Then more pleasant wanderings, and dinner with friends in Wimbledon. As I left their house I saw a fox cross the road in front of me. I presume he was (darap close your ears) hunting for wombles.
