Growing old disgracefully

By GOD

BYPASS

One of the benefits of being forbidden to drive is how much more time I spend on foot and on public transport.  The walk to our local train station is just over a mile and goes along a nice wee path before crossing the bypass.  I always experience a quite unjustified sense of superiority at this point.

Had a catch up with an old pal this morning and accompanied the Professor to the city (see extra photo ) later for the retirement celebration for another old friend.  It's the thing about being older.  One has a lot of old friends.
