The Anzac Memorial Walk

This is part of the Anzac Memorial Walk.  Along the path behind me which is on a supported walkway are some sculptures of Anzacs with names of our soldiers from the Hunter who died in WWI.  It was opened on Anzac Day and I think it is brilliant.    You get a fabulous view here looking south to Bar Beach, Dixon Park and Merewether in the background.  Below and to the left is the rock platform between Bar Beach and Susan Gilmore.  Low tide and with a break is our mostly miserable weather today when this was taken.  I did remember to wash my face in dew to maintain a beautiful complexion however with nothing but drizzle there was no dew around.  It is in the diary again for next year.
