Art or Not

In the middle of nowhere in a surrounding agriculture landscape and  in between two lanes of fresh green  Popular trees stands this wooden sculpture . Made by a farmer or not ,or by a accidental artist I do not know .For once I did make an extra photo from a bird of prey I do not know eider . Look extra photo.
