Shorty

You would think the motivation to paint a slogan on a beautiful public Victorian garden wall would be provoked by cruel, harsh and urgently pressing conditions on the lives of the people and result in denunciations of the dictator or exposing a scandal amongst the corrupt elite in the most vicious and obscene terms.

.........So I take the rather tame 'Shorty' to be a sign of peace deep in the heart of Bingley.
