Moving Day!

With no preparation, today is moving house day!
Thankfully the weather was lovely & sunny & once dropping Ferguson off at school, Alex arrived with the van & we got to it.
It was hard work lifting the heavy furniture but the Bold-brute-force soldiered through & I think I managed as a worthy house move companion to Alexander.
5 sofas would be enough for anyone, never mind carrying 2 of them (& a mega heavy solid wood kitchen table) down a steep flight stone steps!
It was hard work but good- in addition to juggling Ferguson from school, we most certainly deserved the lush pizza & Greek salad (beer & cava in hand) that we are on the living floor surrounded by the monumental amour of stuff we own...
All of a sudden I'm all for minimal living!!
