Return of the Fern

On the walking for health outing today we passed a female swan on a nest, a male swan trying to warn us off, a small egg in a little nest by the side of the canal - and all at a pace that made taking a photo impossible! So I thought I'd take another fern photo, this time in my garden.  I love the way they're wound up so tightly in Spring, ready to unfurl.
