Quick blip

I'm not sure what this is - it has appeared in one of my tubs on the patio.  It has kidney-shaped leaves about 2" across and all the flowers are this colour and pattern.  The spikey bit in front is Sempervivum which is also in the tub.  More detail in the full-screen version.
