New growth
My roses are looking really good at the moment. About 3/4 of the bushes were already here when we moved in to the farm 27 years ago. They had been put in in the 1960's so I guess some of the bushes are well into their 50's and still going strong! They do suffer from black spot which is a real pain in the neck. I am hoping for a good show this year for the wedding. I will be trying the 'Chelsea chop' so that hopefully I will get a late show of roses. The coppery colour of the new leaves is so beautiful and I just had to take a picture of it.
Farming - two hauling Mushroom compost and two out muck spreading again.
Mr TBay very busy mowing today in case it rains tomorrow which it could well do. This evening the Mr TBays' were once again at the show ground and as I write this are still not back at 9:28pm. I am just cooking some supper for Mr Tbay as he will be pretty hungry when he gets back!
I am on a mission to get my VAT and bills out of the way before next week which is looking pretty busy! We will be off to France on the thursday so everything must be done and dusted before then. Phew!
I have been a bit rubbish at commenting but I am struggling to find the time at the moment!! I will catch up and I am still enjoying looking at the photographs even if I don't have time to say anything!
Good night blippers. Sleep tight!
