Open for Busking

This is the chiringuito (beach bar) that I blipped while under construction during the winter, now open for business.  Packed on this hot May Day holiday, diners were serenaded by the lady in the white hat, who had turned up to busk for their entertainment.  As we watched, an Englishman gave his little boy a coin to throw in the lady's guitar case.  As they went on their way the kid demanded to know why his dad had wanted to give her money, since she was "rubbish".  The dad ruffled his boy's head and said, "Because she was putting herself out there, son."
