Flower Friday 1 May Day,

I popped out this afternoon to the small wooded area at the top of our road to see what I could find for Biker Bear's Flower Friday.  I was not disappointed: there was frothy white blossom in abundance and - such luck - a very busy bee, so busy collecting pollen that she gave me lots of time to get some shots.
So again I can't resist putting up an extra photo so that you can see the wonderful wings.  I am so delighted so see so many bees about this year after a dreadful  couple of years when the bee population plummeted.
