Asparagus Roll

It was sushi for dinner tonight since everyone was out except for my hubby and myself.  Bob is more adventurous than I am so I'm happy there are so many vegetable sushi rolls to choose from.  It was as I sat down to dinner that I realized I had not taken any photos yet today and the asparagus sushi looked so good that I figured why not.

I spent the day clearing out my closets and I made three piles.  Garbage, Goodwill and attic.  It was tiring but it needed to be done.  Tomorrow we are going to tackle the garden.  I might not have flowers blooming yet but there sure seems to be plenty of weeds!
