A river runs through it

General scene of chaos at my colleague Larkhena's wedding. Heavy unexpected rain led to a flooded tent with a river running through it, guests sheltering for cover, water pouring over the electrics and then tripping them and serving staff still running to and fro with heaving plates of food and naked flames. I honestly don't know how there wasn't serious injury.

As we left Larkhena was on her third of five costume changes and was putting a brave face on it.
