Pitstop!

Spent a couple of hours this afternoon supporting J's friend P in a Tweedlove event today... seven hours to see how many laps of a circuit across Glentress you can do. I loved watching the different approaches that riders took to pitstop... some don't really stop, just grab food and drink from their wives or girlfriends as they race through, "you're third Dave!" shouted one girl. Others stop and tinker with their bikes and P was just having a good time, he came in had a leisurely chat to everyone, bite to eat and drink. While A and S tinkered with the bike.

It was real fun and P did well I think as a solo rider he had a lot to do and was starting his fourth lap when we had to leave.

Girlie night in for me, J away out with boys from work. So pizza in the oven, glass of wine poured and catching up with Silk on the iplayer. Yay... happy Saturday!
