Eat my dust
This afternoon the Harrier Club held Squire Cup,this is the 78th consecutive year it has been run and is the most prestigious race in the Clubs history. Bugger all runners turned up, they moaned because the Cross Country is to rough so it was run on the road and they still never turned up. Runners have gone soft and officials are bowing down, worst of all runners are not even supporting their own clubs and club races. Enough grizzling, a four wheel drive come racing down the road just prior to the start creating this shower of dust, these two runners are running on go in this handicapped event. Great result today Peter Gardner Oldest club member 80+ finished to win the Squire Cup with a great down hill sprint and it was a sprint amazing stuff. Thomas 1st U16 Boys,Ophelia 1st U16 Girls and Martina 1st Senior Woman
