Mr HF (and our friend Gwyn) have cycled 14 miles and walked 21 miles along the length of the Montgomery canal today to raise money for School Mission.
This is the charity that our daughter Hannah (banana blips) works for in Ndola, Zambia.
They are raising money for a minibus to provide transport for the young people that they work with.

So proud of them both for making it to the finish!
