Getting all the jobs done

9am - meet vicar at church, convince him am not going to wreck church floor, take cast of church floor while the boy reenacts the crucifixion on the prayer cushions
11am - go to Filey in time for low tide, take cast of dry rock pool, get looked at like I'm a lunatic by locals and tourists alike while carrying said cast through town
2.30pm - set off for the all important 18 mile training run, best surprise possible being met for the final slog by my running buddy to talk me through it
6.30pm - realise that big night out is in no way possible post-run
7pm - settle down for hot bath, takeaway wine and a movie.
