Pretty Girl

Helping Peter to feed out t day to a mob of calves who are due to return to their home farms next week; this young lady was so friendly and isn't she just so pretty. She really stands out as her paddock mates are mostly Friesians (black and white).
Had a pretty quiet day today, mostly staying around home apart from going to our favourite café, The Sweet Painted Lady, for a coffee.
I couldn't believe that the big, bright, full moon had fully risen at 5.30pm tonight and now it is dark at 3 minutes past 6pm....... oh dear, I think it will be a long, long winter.....one good thing though, the flies might soon leave for warmer climates.
