My Alice Sized Ball

You may think this is just any manky old tennis ball. But it isn't! It's my own special one, maybe half the size of a regular tennis ball, and today I got to play with it again for the first time in what feels like ages to me. I got maybe five throws, which is not a lot, but a step in the right direction definitely.

It has rained so much over the last few days that the normally dry but very wide ditch next to our houses has turned into a small lake, with a pair of ducks taking up residence in it and all. I wonder if they know it will be gone in a couple of days.

I spent some time with grandma in the afternoon. She gave me homemade meatballs as usual and even though I don't particularly like it when mum is away, we had a fairly good time.
