Rosie

We zipped down to Christchurch this afternoon, to surprise my Father-in-law whose birthday it was today.  He was in Christchurch for an appointment, but thought it would be nice to have all his children with him to celebrate his birthday.   We rang him from home in the morning to wish him a happy day, just to look like we were staying at home.

The boys first entered the house that he was staying at......and apparently the look on his face was priceless.  My sister-in-law had cooked a wonderful birthday tea, and we all had a lovely family time together.

This photo is wee Rosie, a miniature schnauzer. She belongs to my sister-in-law, and is a real cutie.  She loves posing to be photographed!
