Teasels

Our new abode has much less built-in storage space than the last one, so, this morning we set off in search of possible homes for some of the numerous books and files we've accumulated over the last few years. No luck really, though we acquired some rather useful (and unusual) coat hooks. Pleasant walk by a man-made lake near Powburn on the way home - lots of geese and other water fowl. And teasels!

Several more boxes unpacked before setting off to Etal for a meal with friends.
