Raspberry cake
We still have rasperries in the freezer from last summer, and before the new crop arrives I decided to make a cake with these ones. It's my first attempt at a proper 'Torte' (there's a difference between 'Kuchen' which is drier and plainer, and 'Torte' which is fancier and usually involves cream.) It looks quite 'au naturell', not as even as one made by a practiced Torte-artist, but I'm pretty pleased with the (visual) result. I'm sure it will taste good too!
