Honeybee

It had rained overnight and it was still raining this morning. The sun came out after lunch in time for a walk round the garden to find today’s blip. I had almost decided to blip raindrops on a flower, but then this Honeybee obligingly kept flying backwards and forwards around the Dandelion flower. The bee has obviously been very busy as apart from its pollen sacs, its head and body are covered in pollen grains.
 
On my walk round the garden I took some pictures of one of our small circular beds where Victoria planted a small shrub yesterday. I have decided to fill this with small shrubs and ground cover plants so that hopefully it will need less attention.

When the sun came out, I almost went out and did some gardening, almost!
