Mackintosh Building Tour at Glasgow School of Art

Today I had a Topic Support Network event about sustainable refurbishment at Glasgow School of Art, the highlight of which was a (hard hat and hi-vis) tour of the fire-damaged Mackintosh building (including the undamaged half) and a talk on the refurbishment process. I felt like a foreigner having arrived in Glasgow without a brolly though, and got well and truly soaked both before and after the event! After a wander around the shops I got the train to Dundee, where I was picked up by Tim and spent the night in his cottage, as I had an early meeting in St Andrews the next day.
