Mixed Messages

I went to the hospital to file a Freedom of Information (FOI) form to make application for my medical records. It will be a small file. I wonder if it will be baked in a cake and given to me with an O AND BY THE WAY - Congratulations on Surviving Asbestos Terror card in  an envelope.
