Crocodile Dessert

The food in Turkish hotel is always beautifully displayed and this hotel is no different. Tonights dinner had a fish and seafood theme. I realise that crocodile fits neither of these really but couldn't resist taking a photo of this chocolate mousse before someone made a start on it.
